I served in combat ops in Iraq and Afghanistan. I’d bump into Unit guys from time to time, and the thing I remember about them is that they were really nice. Very humble guys, would go out of their way to make you feel like you were just as important as them. Really struck a positive cord with me.

But China only needs to be a regional power. I do not believe the US can defeat China in their backyard.

Just like the Korea War of 1950-53, the deciding factor would be China. The US military retreated quickly as soon as China sent millions upon millions of troops in aid of the North. US technology? Give me a break, these two guys are seriously misinformed. I suppose it has been US technology, for the last seventy years or so, since these types of objects were beginning to be reported. The truth is that at least one, or possibly many other very intelligent non-human species have been here in our solar system for many thousands of years. Their technology is on a completely different level. The only thing anybody needs to do to realize this, is to connect the dots.

I have another proposal for peace. It entails all world powers taking 20% of their military funds and using them to address the needs of all people and life of our planet. Versus showing distrust and hate for one another, we show compassion and the desire to win each other's trust. There would be no losers here. Everyone wins, except those that profit from promoting hate and distrust.
